Delete your teepsaa account

You can delete your teepsaa account at any time, whether you buy or sell. This page explains how, and what happens to your information. It covers the teepsaa app, the teepsaa vendor app and teepsaa.com.

In the teepsaa app (buyers)

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

In the teepsaa vendor app

1. Open the Settings tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Every order must be completed, cancelled or refunded first, so no buyer is left waiting for a parcel.

On the website

• Buyers: sign in and open Settings → Delete account.
• Vendors: sign in and open Settings → Delete account.

Can’t sign in?

Send us a message through the contact form from the email address on your account, and ask for the account to be deleted. We will confirm by email when it is done.

What happens when you delete

• You are signed out of every phone and browser, and the account can no longer sign in.
• Your profile stops being shown. For a vendor, the shop and its products are taken down too.
• Orders, payments, payouts, refunds and reviews are kept, with the name, phone and delivery address on each order, because they are records of money that moved.
• Your account details are kept, so registering again with the same email brings the account back. To have them erased as well, ask us through the contact form.
